I’ll be writing about Diablo 3 Wizard Gameplay in this article. The gameplay of Wizard in Diablo 3 is little bit similar to a typical wizard you find in several MMORPG games. However, Blizzard has also added several new features that make this class unique and fun to play.

One of the problems we face in other Role Playing Games is Wizards often heavily rely on Mana which we usually run out of while PvPing or leveling up. In Diablo 3, if you play right then you can almost have endless Arcane Power (equivalent to Mana).

A few attributes related to wizards that you typically find in other RPG games like low defense, heavy targeted attacks, area of effect attacks are also some of the features of Wizard in Diablo 3. Following is a list of four key features of Wizards.

• AOE attacks: This one’s pretty much obvious. They have very good area of effect attacks making it the best class to wipe out mobs.
• Protective spells: Unlike Wizards in other games, these spells are ones that make a Wizard entirely different to play. They have their own set of escape skills that allow them to play independently of other classes, healers for example. Wizards in Diablo 3 have some very good escape abilities that will leave your enemies puzzled. If you thought that Wizards are typically weak, well wait till you get your hands on this one!
• Elementary mastery: Again, a feature not so new one. They specialize in multiple elements. This gives them a bonus damage advantage versus a lot of enemies when right skills are used at right times.
• Endless Arcane Power: A completely new feature that you do not find in other games. Your spells, some consume Arcane Power and some help regenerate when used. This allows you to almost spam your skills non-stop.
